Altius Tech Park will hold LEED international certification, which is awarded after evaluating a project’s sustainability and validating its environmental, economic, and social benefits.
This vertical business park aims to decentralize office space in the country’s metropolitan area and create a hub for the nation’s digital transformation. In total, Altius will consist of eight buildings, where a technology ecosystem will be established—ideal for clients in the BPO, call center, data center, software development, and technology training sectors.
Companies that set up operations within Altius Tech Park will be eligible for tax benefits under El Salvador’s International Services Act and will be able to lease office space starting at 2,000 square meters.
Altius is home to DataTrust the country’s first Tier III-certified commercial data center, which will open its doors in early 2024 to provide public institutions and domestic and international companies of all sizes with the highest levels of security and availability for their data and information.
