Aristos Foundation: Committed to the Environment
During a cleaning day we removed 3 tons of waste from the Agua Fría River in Ciudad Arce.
Within the framework of World Earth Day, the cleaning day at the Agua Fría River, in Ciudad Arce, was held for the second consecutive year, as part of our program, My actions accumulate. An initiative, organized by Aristos Inmobiliaria and Fundación Aristos, which included the participation of volunteers from the company, and other allies such as Tegra, George C. Moore and Fruit of the Loom, who came together for the care of the environment. In addition, thanks to the sponsorship of Freund and Vidri, as well as the support of institutions such as Civil Protection, Municipal Mayor’s Office and Salvage Commands, the activity was a success.
The main objective was to reduce the amount of waste that pollutes this river and its surroundings. During the day, the 175 volunteers removed 3 tons of waste, a significant contribution to mitigate flooding that affects roads and communities during the winter.
The active participation of companies and the commitment of local institutions reflect an important step towards environmental protection and sustainability. This cleaning day not only shows the commitment of Aristos Inmobiliaria and its business partners with the care of the natural environment, but also highlights the importance of collaborative work between the private sector and local authorities to generate a positive impact on the community.
