
Aristos Energy: More than $300,000 per year donated in support for educational centers in Armenia, Chalchuapa and El Porvenir
The funds are used to improve infrastructure and strengthening of students, teachers and communities. From Armenia, Sonsonate, they will once again benefit from different improvement projects for schools.
In addition, thanks to the Aristos Foundation, it has been possible to manage and once again triple the funds through the leverage of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and of food for the poor (FFTP) Those who intervene thanks to the Educar y Convivir program (E&c) of the Business Foundation for Educational Development (FEPADE) and with whom the Foundation works hand in hand on these projects under the axis of human development, of the Group Corporate Social Responsibility programs Aristos.
During 2022, an investment of $160,000 was made in the educational corridor of Armenia, where infrastructure works were carried out, delivery of donations in species such as slates, desks, tables, technological kits, sports kits, among others. Also, training activities have been developed for around 2,335 people, including students, teachers, parents and community members.
In the same way and thanks to the donation of $10,000 by the Central American Ethnic Food company, of the Aristos Group, the educational corridor of Chalchuapa and El Porvenir has benefited, in Santa Ana, where the C. E. Cton. San Juan Chiquito and the C. E. Santa Rosa Senca have benefited from similar programs in the municipality of Armenia. There are approximately 1,438 people who have been trained in different educational activities.
In the case of the municipalities of Chalchuapa and Provenir, during 2022 an investment of $140,944.90 was made thanks to the leverage of USAID and FFTP through the Fepade E&C program. Figure that is expected to equal or exceed in 2023, with the aim of improving the educational quality of the different educational centers that are supported through the Corporate Social Responsibility programs of Grupo Aristos.
