Good Practices: Aristos Inmobiliaria promotes mentoring program
More than 30 students from the José Antonio Escobar Guillén Educational Complex are being positively impacted thanks to the Aristos Real Estate Mentoring Program.
In this new segment, we want to share good practices and sustainability-related programs created by Grupo Aristos companies. We will be highlighting the multiple initiatives that seek to improve human development and educate about the care of the environment.
Currently, the Foundation supports the Mentoring Program, an initiative of Aristos Inmobiliaria, where more than 30 students from the José Antonio Escobar Guillén Educational Complex are being impacted in a positive way thanks to said program. Since its inception in May 2024, the students of the José Antonio Escobar Guillén Educational Complex have received monthly accompaniment from collaborators from various areas of the company. The program is developed through group sessions, which already add up to three, and address specific topics that help young people make informed decisions about their personal and professional future. In addition, these group sessions are complemented with one-on-one sessions with Aristos’ volunteer mentors. Within this interaction with their mentors, students set goals and receive valuable guidance, thus demonstrating the positive impact of this program.
The mentoring program not only provides young people with the necessary tools to successfully meet the challenges of the work and academic world, but also reflects Aristos Real Estate’s commitment to the comprehensive training of Salvadoran youth. With each session, Aristos volunteers inspire and guide students, helping them visualize new opportunities and develop crucial skills for their personal and professional growth.
