Soil

  • At our new developments, at least 40% of the grounds are destined for green areas.

  • We improve the temperature indoors by generating microclimates within the industrial complex.

  • The existing vegetation provides shade for the buildings and reduces the need for air conditioning.

  • We plant native species to reduce negative effects on the environment, and to function as temperature regulators.

  • We build semi-permeable streets and sidewalks to allow rain to reach the aquifer mantle and recharge it.
